About this group
Becoming a mom changes more than your daily routine. It reshapes how you see yourself, what you prioritize, and how you relate to the people around you. Many moms find themselves asking, "Who am I now?" while juggling the constant pull between their own needs and everyone else's, often with a heavy dose of guilt and worry along the way. This group is a warm, judgment-free space to explore that question together. Rooted in the concept of matrescence, the developmental shift of becoming a mother, we'll talk openly about the anxiety and identity changes that so often go unspoken. Topics include: Understanding matrescence and why this transition can feel so disorienting Balancing your needs alongside your family's Easing mom guilt and the pressure to do it all Navigating shifts in your partnership, friendships, and family relationships Identifying what matters most to you in this season of life You'll leave with practical tools, a clearer sense of yourself, and a community of moms who truly get it. You don't have to choose between being a mom and being you.
